I have been providing psychotherapy for over 30 years, and I am still humbled by, and passionate about the process of therapeutic change. I always work collaboratively with my clients be they parents, children, teens, adults, or athletes, and I strive to continually engage, diagnose, plan, and treat as effectively as I can. For me, working with children, teens, young adults, athletes, and pre-marital couples is most satisfying because of the preventive and early interventive nature of the work. I take pride in providing a place and a space where clients can relax, reflect, re-commit, and experience their desired transformations.
I know that theory and technique are important, but I believe that the relationship between the psychologist and the client is paramount for any lasting effective psychological work to be done.
I believe that my success comes from my ability to identify and connect with the unique needs of my multicultural clients, and my belief that every client can be helped to rediscover their potential to overcome, persevere, and achieve. Evening and Weekend hours are available.
