Hello, I’m Elle! Whether you have been formally diagnosed, self-identify or suspect neurodivergence; I hear you - it is tough being you right now! Whether your concerns are specific to neurodivergence, or beyond; I might be the right fit to come alongside you in this season.
Our time together might include strengthening your capacity for regulation, building on your executive functioning, navigating ways to address overwhelm, and/or increasing your self-esteem. To do so, I take a non-directive approach to therapy and offer you the opportunity to determine what we will give oxygen to at the beginning of every session.
You can then expect me to be integrative and to pull from a variety of therapeutic frameworks to support you in living better. My best hope is to support you in nurturing your strengths and to equip you with tools and strategies so that you may never stop growing.
