Together my team and I cover over 90% of the mental health landscape - from anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationships &ADHD, to First Responders, Entrepreneurs, couples, children, teens, and families. We provide formalized assessment and coaching services. If we can't help you directly, I'll personally direct you to someone within my expanded network who can.
One more thing worth knowing: my team provides a full 60-minute session — not the 50-minute hour that's become standard elsewhere. You get the full time you're paying for.
