I have been helping persons improve their life circumstances to gain lives of greater achievement for the last 30 years in Ottawa. I have collaborated with persons from all walks of life. I am experienced in working with LGBHT persons. My therapeutic modalities are Adlerian, Existential, and Jungian. Using a client-oriented, experiential approach, I provide Individual, Family and Group Therapy, along with Addiction assessment &12-Step facilitation. My approach is based in depth psychology, and accessing creative skills and processes. I specialize in dealing with childhood trauma, and attachment issues arising from divorce, and abandonment. I also have intensive experience in helping people to redefine and find their life's purpose. I also have extensive experience in career change. I also provide on-line therapy.
I have specialized training in assessing, and dealing with concurring disorders (addictions of all types, and emotional imbalances and distresses. Digital addiction is another specialty. I also have a special interest and skill set in working with persons who lost family members early on, or never got to know them.
