I specialize in areas of anxiety and depression, grief/bereavement, loss, self esteem, life transitions and relationships. Through talk therapy, body psychotherapy, meditation, energy work and other therapeutic modalities I will help you understand the path that you're on. Together we will build a healthy foundation through awareness and self exploration.
