As we move through life, we inevitably run into issues that are difficult to navigate, such as trouble with a boss, spouse / partner, or a struggle with anxiety, depression, or stress. We try our best to solve these issues ourselves. Sometimes, no matter what we try, we can feel as if we are 'banging our head against a wall'. These times can be frustrating, tiring, and scary. At these moments, a helping hand and another perspective may be welcome. I have provided this support to individuals, couples and families since 2000. I would be honoured to partner with you.
I am aware that often challenges faced by my clients both spring out of and can be resolved through their relationships with others. I work with clients to determine approaches they can use to ask those in their lives for the changes or support they need.
I enjoy working with clients who are eager to collaborate and are willing to get to work right away on finding solutions to problems faced. I am inspired by clients' courage to reach out for support and their willingness to experiment with solutions discussed in meetings between sessions.
