Perhaps you feel stuck, unfulfilled, or lack direction and purpose? Hello, my name is Adam, and I am a multiracial man of South Asian and European ancestry. My practice focuses on addressing mental health issues relating to men and masculinity, and I work with clients of all genders. I practice relational therapy, grounded in Anti-Oppressive Practice. I am also a musician, and I welcome any creative or artistic expressions that clients wish to bring into the therapy.
I will meet you with non-judgemental curiosity, a warm presence, and provide empathy and attunement. Together we will establish connection, and build trust and safety. We will explore your feelings and experiences, and co-create a space to foster healing and growth. I want you to feel understood, supported, and help you to embrace your true authentic self.
Taking that first step and going to therapy can feel like a big risk, and it takes courage! I know from my personal experience as a client in therapy how hard it can be to open up and be vulnerable, and the stigma around reaching out for help.
