I often work with clients who experience Anxiety, Depression, Burnout, Relationship issues (friendship or intimate) and mood-related concerns. Helping clients who experience Anxiety, Depression, Burnout, Relationship issues (friendship & intimate), Esteem issues, and mood-related concerns, is something that I enjoy. I mainly do this through a client-centred approach but often include strategies and skills from Cognitive behaviour therapy, Dialectical behaviour therapy, and Existential Psychology.
