Many couples enter marriage deeply loving one another, yet still feel unprepared for the realities of communication, conflict, intimacy, family dynamics, and the personal wounds that inevitably surface within close relationships. I believe strong marriages are not built by avoiding difficulty, but by learning how to navigate it together with honesty, compassion, emotional safety, and mutual respect. My work in pre-marital and marital therapy focuses on helping couples build a stronger “us.” Together, we strengthen communication, navigate conflict and repair, deepen emotional and physical intimacy, financial health etc.

I strive to create a space where both partners feel heard and supported while strengthening communication, connection, and healthier ways of navigating challenges together.
