I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience and more than 30 years in counselling. I also provide supervision to other therapists, helping them develop depth, clarity, and attunement. Clients often describe sessions as calm, steady, and clarifying. I offer a space where you can be fully seen, understood, and supported as you explore your inner experience.

People come to me when patterns repeat, confidence falters, or relationships feel confusing. We explore how early experiences, protective patterns, and unspoken beliefs continue to shape your life. This work takes time but fosters insight, integration, and lasting personal growth.
