To an outside observer, you might look like you have it together, but inside you feel overwhelmed, drained, or disconnected from yourself. You may find yourself people-pleasing, tying your self-worth to others’ approval, or feeling lost in others’ expectations. You might also notice the same things happening over and over again in your relationships.
Many of the people I work with are open to getting curious and starting to understand themselves in a different way, even if they’re not sure where to start. They just know something needs to change so they can feel more at ease and begin to figure out what feels right for them.
I work with teens (12+) and adults dealing with anxiety, burnout, boundary challenges, relationship struggles, or neurodivergence. Together, we look at what’s been going on, where it might come from, and gently untangle the patterns that aren’t working, so you can feel more steady, more confident, and more like yourself.
Reaching out for support can feel uncomfortable, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t have to do that here. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood without judgement. If this resonates, I’d be glad to connect.
