About
My clients are interested in achieving goals through insight creation. Together we can work through themes of family of origin, interpersonal relationships, attachment, emotion regulation, gender- and sexuality-related stress, and moreover, the underlying roots to current, stressful realities.
I offer therapy to clients 17 and older, dealing with a variety of presenting issues. Specifically, I have much experience working with LGBTQ clients, young adults, and clients with disabilities. I have a particular interest in psychodynamic approaches as well as ACT, EFT, and attachment and queer theory. (Note: only taking clients residing in Ontario)
