The life you wish for yourself may feel distant due to feelings of anxiety, grief, sadness, hopelessness, unworthiness, stress, or conflict in your relationships. I am honoured to walk alongside you during this difficult time as you learn new ways of coping, get to know yourself on a deeper level, and heal so that you may relate to yourself and others more effectively. I provide a safe, accepting, warm, and nonjudgmental environment where you can become empowered to be you.

Prior to gaining experience as a Registered Psychotherapist, I worked in social services for over 7 years. This included assisting survivors of sexual violence, individuals living with developmental conditions, autism, acquired brain injury, and schizophrenia, which helped provide a solid foundation for my current work.

With a combination of experiential, evidence-based, compassion-focused, and strength based approaches, I can assist you understand, manage, and connect. Whether you’re navigating the overwhelming tides of grief, anxiety, adjusting to a new life phase, or facing relationship struggles, I am here for you.
