Depending on your goals therapy can also provide guidance and teach you life-long skills, such as better communication in your relationships or tools for personal mental wellness.
I offer holistic individual and couples therapy, recognizing the interplay of mind, body and soul. For individual therapy, I utilize a combination of CBT, DBT, EFT and other methods to meet your specific needs. I specialize in couples therapy and use the research-based Gottman Method. Upon request only, Islamic counselling can also be included.
