Our world is ever-changing and demanding more of us each day. This can make us feel like we are falling behind and sinking into quicksand. When this happens, anxiety, stress, depression, panic, and other harmful feelings emerge. Society gives us the message that we should be able to deal with all of these things on our own and, worse yet, that our feelings are not even real. I am here to say your feelings are legitimate, that you count, and there is a way to work through them. Together we can create goals that work towards coping with daily activities and then thriving within your life. My service dog, Goliath, will also be there!
