Hello and thank you for reviewing my site! I possess 30 years of experience in a variety of counselling contexts. I aspire to provide each client with a meaningful experience in each session. My focus of work includes women's & men's issues, health & wellness, marital issues, infertility, phase of life, healthy boundaries, menopause, life transitions & changes, parent-teen conflict, adolescence, and relationship challenges. I work with adults, parents, teens and couples. Counselling, coaching and consulting best describe my practice with a focus on your desired change-oriented outcomes whereby healing and growth can occur.
I choose to not define myself as having a speciality but rather -'focused interests'. My professional & life experiences have generated a keen interest & solid skill se in the areas listed above. Self-Help Book Club
This group is currently on hold however is one that I feel creatively and therapeutically offers the power of a group experience in the context of a 'book club". Focus will be on reviewing a self-help book that the group chooses together from a list provided. Homework will be the reading; the group work will offer time to process your thoughts about the book, while learning various and perhaps new perspectives from others. This group offers opportunity for sharing & meaningful discussion.
