It is my goal as a psychologist to provide each of my clients with a personalized, confidential, non-judgmental, relationship-focused therapy experience. I have more than fifteen years of experience as a therapist working in various settings (hospital, non profit organizations, and private practice) and dealing with various concerns such as depression, anxiety, post-partum, PTSD, trauma and abuse, in addition to personal growth and self-esteem issues. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities and their interventions to meet client goals. I am also certified to practice EMDR which can be a very helpful treatment for trauma.
