Groups
DBT Skills
Starting January 25, 2023, Love at Home is pleased to be offering DBT skills group classes in the following areas: 1) Mindfulness, 2) Distress Tolerance, 3) Emotion Regulation, and 4) Interpersonal Relationship Skills. Each of the 4 topics will be covered in separate blocks with an ongoing enrollment, and the weekly group sessions will be 2 hrs in length. These classes are intended to be psycho-educational in nature, and are not a replacement for therapeutic interventions. Classes are limited to a max of 8 attendees.
