I draw from evidence-based approaches like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), EFIT, CBT, ACT, and somatic methods.
Feeling stuck in or overwhelmed by mental health struggles? I serve clients in Edmonton and across Alberta, offering in-person and secure online therapy. I specialize in trauma-informed care for adults, couples, and families, with experience treating chronic trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, and men's issues (i.e., men who “function” but feel numb, irritable, or disconnected). Therapy presents a path forward: together we’ll process trauma, reduce anxiety, and restore resilience and clarity. Many clients notice early shifts—better sleep, fewer intrusive memories, and greater balance within 3–6 sessions.

Life is beautiful...but it can also be hard at times. You can feel proud that you have the self-caring courage to reach out for some help and guidance. It can feel so good to have someone in your corner, helping you to feel happier with yourself and how you are showing up in your life. That is my specialty! I love helping my clients shift negative self-beliefs; remove life blocks; get unstuck; feel more confident and esteemed; heal painful emotions and experiences; develop more effective living/coping skills; work through dreaded fear and anxiety; feel more connected in relationships... and enjoy life a lot more!

I am a Registered Psychologist and Jungian therapist trained and experienced in helping you to work with the stories and patterns and relationship concerns that keep you from living your life fully and meaningfully. Together we explore the experiences of your life, the symptoms that bring you to therapy and what is missing or needed to make long lasting changes. Since Jungian therapy works with both the Unconscious and Conscious aspects of your whole being, we explore what your dreams and your body have to say about the challenges that bring you to therapy in order to transform symptom and suffering into wholeness and healing.

The people I work with are experts in their own lives yet they feel misaligned. You may be noticing that a version of yourself that once worked no longer fits, and you want to feel good about who you are. My work is grounded in a narrative approach, helping you make sense of patterns, past experiences, and turning points. As a queer, mixed-race therapist, I understand the importance of a safe space for you to be your authentic self in your story. I can use a variety of tools that suit your needs, such as integrating music, books, art, or games, like D&D-style roleplay activities. Our therapy space reflects your rich inner world.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I'm also trained in other treatment types, including EMDR, Art Therapy, and Somatic Therapy (Sensorimotor Psychotherapy).
Adults with ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD: Are you processing a late diagnosis of ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD? If so, you might be experiencing a mix of grief, confusion, relief, and pride. You might also feel overwhelmed about what it all means and how to incorporate this new knowledge into your life or identity. Often, neurodivergent adults experience repeated burnouts, ongoing social challenges, and carry a never-ending to-do list and a backpack full of negative views of themselves. If you recognize yourself here, please feel free to reach out and see if we are a fit. I have a lot of experience in working through these kinds of things.

I also, draw from DBT, CBT, ego state and parts work therapies, somatic therapy and Mindfulness.
Trauma can leave an imprint on our lives, but it does not have to be permanent. It may alter your foundation and leave you lost, angry, confused and in unbearable pain. I believe that choosing to rebuild this foundation through therapy is a courageous step in healing. It is not always an easy journey as we need to survey the land, start digging, install the foundation and work with any arising obstacles. This can be an exhausting and scary process but we will work collaboratively at your pace and create a resolution that fits for you.

My modalities are largely process based offering somatic experiencing, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), Gottman couple therapy, Jungian depth work and accelerated resolution therapy (ART) for trauma processing.
I have witnessed the power of nurturing relationships as being key to healing. I honour each client’s individual journey and would love to provide you with the consistency of a relationship with a professional who can see you through the ups and downs of life, reflecting your feelings and providing a reparative relationship. You may be curious about understanding and processing your relationship difficulties, your experiences with grief, stress, trauma, anxiety and depression. Our work together may involve exploring your own nervous system gently as well examining patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior that may be shaping how.

My work is neuro-affirming and trauma-informed, integrating DBT, psychodynamic, ACT, Somatic and EFT.
I tend to work best with people who experience the world a little differently, including those who are navigating things like neurodiversity, FASD, addiction/substance use, BPD, eating disorders, etc. Many of the clients I connect with are insightful and self-aware but find themselves stuck in patterns that don’t shift just by thinking or talking them through. They’re often looking for a space where they don’t have to explain or justify how they experience things, and where their patterns are met with understanding rather than judgment.

For most clients I primarily practice and facilitate sessions under an integrative lens including, DBT and ACT, as well as Somatic and Compassion therapies.
Hi there! Being able to validate emotions; normalize the messy experience that is being a human; model compassion; and help people gain deeper insights into their inner worlds (ie. thoughts, feelings) are the foundational pieces of therapy I enjoy most. It truly is an honour to hear people's stories. When life gets chaotic or when everything seems so dark, I will hold space and help you learn ways to navigate strong emotions, reconnect with your body and manage unhelpful thoughts.

I draw from somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian psychology, narrative therapy, AEDP, CBT, and ACT to offer experiential, body-based, and creative work that supports healing trauma, strengthening emotional resilience, and cultivating greater clarity, self-trust, and alignment with your values and inner wisdom.
You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or sensing that the ways you’ve learned to cope no longer fit. Many of the people who find their way to my practice are navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, identity shifts, or deeper questions of meaning. Often, my clients come with a longing for clarity, self-trust, and a more authentic way of living. You might be tired of over-functioning, navigating psychedelic healing, or feeling out of place in traditional therapy spaces. You may be looking not only for symptom relief, but for deeper understanding, connection, and change that feels true to you.

Through somatic work like Hakomi and examining self-criticism, we get you back to your true self.
Are you someone who knows how you want to eat and how you want to eat but get stuck somewhere between what you want to put into your mouth and what you actually put into your mouth? Do you see your relationship to food as an emotional expression of what is going on inside of you? I support my clients in getting in touch with their physical hunger cues and then the emotional, spiritual hungers that arise as a result. I have been there. I've done retreats on my eating and my thesis on how we use our body to express internal struggles. There is a you waiting to get out to stand tall and shine. Food & eating can actually be the way out.
