For over 15 years, it has been my honor helping people with challenging mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, and grief. I have supported individuals struggling with parenting issues, relationship problems, history of abuse, low self-esteem, and suicidal ideation. I also provide Christian counselling, and psychological supports to help new immigrants adjust better.
