Looking for an adult autism assessment with a neurodiverse psychologist? Feeling dismissed by people who don’t understand medical trauma or how hard it can be to stop masking? You have the right to feel accepted, heard, and believed—even during an assessment! I was “late-diagnosed” and understand how relieving a diagnosis can be after decades of feeling misunderstood and exhausted. My assessments are thorough and the options were entirely designed by autistic people, who I routinely work with to further refine things. You can do the entire assessment from home and take the time you need. Details here: www.bit.ly/3InIzTX
I enjoy working with clients that need help with anxiety, mild to moderate depression, emotional abuse, burnout, time management, perfectionism, over-responsibility, sensitivity and relationship concerns. Additionally I specialize in helping adult children deal with unhealthy families and make positive changes. For individuals I use methods proven by research, but also tailor the treatment plan to what you feel will work for you best. For couples, I use Gottman based methods, to yield long lasting results. Too often people cycle back into problems, fearing therapy didn't really help. I work to assist you in healing problems at the root.
