Together, we will make a plan unique to you or your family. Clinically, I support concerns including emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, relational conflict and trauma, ADHD, injury and sports counselling. Other areas of focus include burnout and life transitions/adjustment, sexuality, gender, stress management, impostorism, perfectionism, issues around eating and body image, self-esteem, shame, spirituality, and personality-related problems.
