I am a Registered Psychologist passionate about helping couples and individuals. I Specialize in Couples therapy, and Trauma Therapy, while treating many other mental health needs. As a Psychologist I focus on earning your trust to understand your personal needs, then provide science supported therapies that assist you to your goals.
My goal is that each client leaves my office feeling supported, hopeful, and with a plan to accomplish their goals. Both couples struggles and Traumatic stress disorders can often feel hopeless, but in my experience with proper support and commitment growth is always within reach.
I focus on treating trauma, couples therapy, and mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety. I work primarily with adults through Individual and Couples Therapy. I use Gottman Level 2 training and other tools with couples, and CPT and ART therapy for PTSD and trauma clients. CBT and ACT therapy are foundational for my therapy as well.
I love seeing clients gain hope they and their families can thrive. I offer free 20 minute consults for anyone unsure if I am a good fit, and understand starting therapy is a heavy decision.
