As a queer therapist, I'm dedicated to serving our 2SLGBTQ+ communities. I also have a passion for supporting healthcare providers, high-performance athletes, and members of the Muslim community. Therapy is a powerful tool that can help you navigate life's challenges. By exploring the interplay of comfort and discomfort, we create a space for transformation. My practice is trauma-informed and includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy. I support those struggling with low mood, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions (e.g., work, school, relationships, death), exploring identity, and those seeking to spark more joy in their lives.
