I am a psychotherapist and the founder of A New Tomorrow, psychotherapy services. As the founder of this holistic psychotherapy clinic, I am dedicated to empowering young individuals aged 13 and up on their transformative journeys. Through evidence-based modalities like DBT, IFS, EFT, ACT, and mindfulness, we address your unique needs. For children, we offer nurturing play-based therapy, while teenagers, young adults, and adults benefit from our empowering group psychoeducation sessions. I believe in an acceptance-based approach, meaning that I don't view clients as being broken or having something to fix. Rather, we experience emotions at an extreme level and are seeking balance and control over our emotional brain. I can help by teaching you how to listen and understand the purpose of your emotions and then how to be the one in control.
