Flow Test

20 Questions
3 Minutes

Can you achieve a flow state?

Flow is a state of complete absorption; individuals feel focused and challenged, nearly losing themselves in time and space. This test is designed to assess if you have reached a flow state during a given activity; take it with a certain experience in mind—for example an athletic activity, art project, or intellectual exercise.

Using the key below, answer the questions based on how strongly you agree or disagree with the statement.
