Yoga for Mental Health & Happiness

This 7-week experiential Mind–Body Psychotherapy Group (plus one ReConnecting session) integrates the Yoga tradition as a complete mind–body system within a modern psychotherapeutic framework. Participants will engage in evidence-based group therapy to reduce stress, build resilience, and cultivate a clear and peaceful mind in a supportive community setting.

The HappiNesst Group Psychotherapy Retreat
This small-group psychotherapy retreat (maximum 5 participants) offers 15 hours of intensive group therapy in a restorative retreat setting. Evidence-based therapeutic practices are interwoven with supportive mind-body tools from yoga, Ayurveda, and nature to reduce stress, restore balance, and deepen self-connection. Participants experience both the depth of psychotherapy and the spaciousness of retreat life.
