Feeling lost after a major life change? This 12-week relational, existential process group is for adults navigating seasons of uncertainty, transition, grief, or identity shifts who may be questioning what comes next. Chelsea Larsson (Wyrd Therapy) and I are offering a supportive space to explore your experience, connect with others, and reflect on how life’s changes shape your sense of self, meaning, and direction. You will be invited to deepen your understanding of yourself and move toward a life with greater clarity and intention, all through the shared experience of being known and knowing others.
