This group is for individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, and overwhelm. This group will teach participants to move deliberately and with mindfulness to enhance mental health. In a social and natural setting, group members will share and experience conscious breath, movement, and orientation patterns - together we will explore how intentional movement can enhance our well being and create community. All levels of ability and mobility are welcome, but please check with your health care provider to be sure this group is for you.
