Are you interested in learning about your emotions and practical skills to help you manage overwhelming emotions more effectively? The Virtual Emotion Regulation Group may be for you. This group will take place virtually for 8 weeks and is for adults 18+. Participants will be provided with practice skills to help reduce difficult emotions, tolerate distress, use mindfulness practices in daily life and build healthy relationships. The 4 primary skillsets of DBT will be covered in this group: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
