For those seeking support with emotional distress, relationship issues, impulsivity, stress, anxiety, or depression. Practice skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and social effectiveness to build healthier habits and relationships. The group will meet weekly for 12 weeks, starting Wednesday April 2, 2025 from 6-8pm.
