This therapeutic group offers a supportive space to learn DBT skills through creative, hands-on art therapy prompts. Together, we’ll explore mindfulness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance skills. Art-making fosters self expression, and deepens personal understanding while DBT provides structure and practical tools for lasting change. This virtual group is designed for individuals who want to: Create space to strengthen emotional regulation, Practice mindfulness, Manage stress and overwhelm, Explore creative ways to express emotions. No previous art experience or DBT background is required—just a willingness to explore. Friday January 16, 23, 30 to February 6, 13, 20th.
