**IN PERSON** UNMASKING: for ADHD' ers 19+ (self-diagnosis welcome). You deserve to feel understood. Starting January 7th, Tuesdays 7:00-8:30pm for 8 weeks IN PERSON. Join Ciara H & Amelia L, clinical counsellors with lived experience, to: address internalized ableism, learn systems that work for you & your unique needs, heal + build community, and celebrate your authentic self with others who get it. Cost: $550, (90 min sessions, can be covered by some extended medical benefits, sliding scale also available). Limit 12 participants.
