Trauma & Mindfulness

This workshop is designed to support people who are experiencing the impacts of trauma or would like to understand it more. Some topics that will be covered: understanding the importance of trauma, the physical impact, how trauma processing works in therapy, coping strategies, mindfulness strategies and reflecting with others on the topic.
