In this group, I teach parents who had a rough childhood how to find inner safety when their child's tantrums and unwanted behaviours trigger them. I teach you how to self-regulate, how to co-regulate with your child, how to create and maintain boundaries, and how to safely teach your child. You don't have to become your parent. You can step into your authentic self as a parent.
