Transforming Trauma for Women

This six week psychotherapy group is designed specifically for women who have a history of trauma and are seeking a supportive space to better understand how to transform their trauma and develop healthy emotional regulation skills. Each week, participants will develop a deeper understanding of trauma, explore tools for healing, and participate in group discussion with other women. The program includes a 30-minute one-on-one intake session, 16 hours of group work, and a 30-minute one-on-one debrief session. The cost of $800 is covered by most insurance..
