The Shea Butter Woman: Therapeutic Support Group

The Shea Butter Woman is a therapeutic social group with weekly themes that directly impact Black women. A safe space to join a small community of like-minded Black women to share, listen, support, and practice care/growth based strategies. The group is a great way, cost-effective to gain the therapeutic benefits of treatment while accessing the support of other women in the Black community.
