The Reconnected Mom Support Group
A 5-week virtual group designed to help moms release the invisible load, ease guilt, and reconnect with themselves beyond motherhood. The Reconnected Mom Group was created for mothers doing their best while quietly wondering if it’s okay to want more than survival. In this gentle, supportive space, you’ll be invited to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the version of yourself that exists beyond the constant giving.

We take the support and enjoyment of book club and integrate therapeutic discussions and skill building throughout our weeks together.
