The Other Side of Care: A Self-Compassion Workshop
The Other Side of Care is a therapeutic, 2.5 hour restorative evening for social workers, nurses, teachers, and anyone whose work asks them to give deeply of themselves. Through trauma-informed yoga, guided self-compassion practice, and supported rest, this evening is an invitation to receive the care you so readily offer to others. Informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), sessions explore the seven types of rest in a safe, supportive community environment, helping you reconnect with rest as a core value.

Lay It Down is a therapeutic, 2.5 hour restorative evening for massage therapists, hairdressers, estheticians, and body-based practitioners of all kinds. This type of work often involves holding space for others in ways that aren’t acknowledged or recognized. This evening was created for the ones who give their touch to everyone else.
