The LC (Love & Compassion) Circle-Just for Teens
We provide support for teens in two different groups (Ages 13-15 & 16-19). Our interactive sessions deal with issues such as bullying, boundaries, dating, teenage pregnancy, physical, emotional and sexual abuse, self-image, self-worth and more. This is a safe space for teens to be heard, understood and respected. Discussions are geared towards the different groups (age-appropriate).

How well is your relationship working? Is there a conflict, power struggle, financial crisis, communication problems or infidelity? Would you like to see a change but not sure what that change would look like? Join our weekly support group for couples only. A place where you'll find community and help for the many issues couples face in these times. Be encouraged, knowing that you are not alone. Let our informative discussions and interactive sessions give a new perspective on solving some of these issues for a more peaceful life. Our sessions are facilitated by one of our experienced Marriage & Family counsellors.

The journey through a mental disorder is not easy, as setbacks are often more likely than we want. The challenge is not only for the individual but also for the families. We remain hopeful, and our "Mental Health & You" support group can help provide warmth, acceptance, care and contact with reality. Join us every Thursday at 2 pm &/or at 4 pm. Registration is required.
