The Confidence Circle: A Confidence & Self-Worth
Ages 11–14 | Virtual Across Ontario Growing up can be challenging. Many girls today are navigating anxiety, friendship struggles, self-doubt, social pressures, comparison, and big emotions while trying to figure out who they are. The Confidence Circle is an 8-week virtual psychotherapy group designed to help girls build confidence, emotional resilience, self-worth, and healthy relationships in a supportive and encouraging environment. This trauma-informed group provides a safe space where participants can connect with peers, learn practical coping skills, and develop greater confidence in themselves and their abilities.
