Teens with Social Anxiety
This is an 8-week course to help teens with social anxiety move forward. The program includes understanding how the anxiety works, challenging the fears and taking steps to conquer them. The group offers a safe space to practice. The support of the therapists and peers provides additional motivation to take action and meet each participant's needs.
