Teen Support Group

Teen Support Group (Ages 13–17) Join our FREE virtual teen support group every Thursday from 6:30–7:30 PM. In a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space, teens will build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and connect with peers. Weekly topics include setting healthy boundaries, managing stress and anxiety, improving communication, building self-esteem, navigating friendships, coping with difficult emotions, and practicing self-care. Through guided discussions and interactive activities, participants will gain practical tools to navigate everyday challenges while feeling supported and empowered.
