Teen Mental Health Group
Being a teenager is hard, and many struggle with mental health challenges. This group was created with the intent to support teens who are experiencing mental health challenges like anxiety and depression. The focus of the group is to increase understanding around teen mental health and the mental health challenges that they may struggle with, and develop coping skills that will support them through these struggles. The group will run for five weeks. The total cost of the group is $500.

Test Anxiety Workshop for Teens
There is a tremendous amount of pressure for many teens to do well in school, which can result in test and performance anxiety. The intent of this 90-minute workshop is to provide teens (14-18 years old) with an increased understanding of their anxiety and easy-to-apply strategies to help reduce the impact of test anxiety and support better performance during exams. The workshop will be offered twice, on May 23rd and May 28th, from 4pm-5:30pm at Onward Wellness, formerly Wayfound Mental Health Group. Facilitators: Leah Martinoski and Juli Sinclair.
