Talk it out

This is a small sized (5-6) member group designed to help its participants feel safe, accepted and heard in a non judgmental space. Each week the group facilitator (psychotherapist) will assist participants to identify and manage unhelpful thoughts and practice self appreciation through skills based on compassion, mindfulness and cognitive behaviour therapy. Participants can choose to share as they feel comfortable. With the simple design of each week, coupled with short presentations , mind body based explorations, group sessions encourage participants to explore themselves and understand the current season of their life and understand the best way forward.
