Surviving Narcissistic Abuse

Subject to minimum 3 people attendance. This is a support group for client’s who have experienced narcissistic abuse or other means of psychological abuse. The aim of the group will to be provide support through shared experiences while building skills in resiliency, grounding, and acceptance in order to help client’s move from victimhood to survivorship. Therapeutic Goals: learn skills that build resiliency-compassion, acceptance, self-love focus on rebuilding self-esteem; focus on acceptance and moving forward; learning skills in grounding; challenging negative thoughts; understanding core beliefs; understanding potential triggers; find connection and validation through the group experience.
