Strategies for ADHD & Asperger's/A S D group - 16+
A hands-on group where we learn and try out techniques to optimize the lives of Neurodivergent people and help them harness their abilities in every area of life. We address common issues such as organization, time management, impulse control, relationships, addictions, education, and mood regulation. Topics are voted on every week. This group is run by Neurodivergent practitioners for Neurodivergent adults and their loved ones (everyone welcome). Sessions are $15 each (First session free) No diagnosis necessary, run on a drop-in basis.
Adult ADHD/Asperger's Support Group (Free,16+)
FREE Support Group to meet and share strategies with others living with ADHD, and Asperger's Syndrome/ASD. We believe that these diagnoses come with a lot of innate strengths that, once understood, can eventually be channeled into living a deeply fulfilling life. Anyone is welcome including those who want to understand someone in their lives with this diagnosis but who may not have the symptoms themselves. No diagnosis necessary. Drop in. This group is run by Neurodivergent practitioners for Neurodivergent people.
Parents of Kids with ADHD & Asperger's/ASD Group
Learn strategies, connect with others, and let go of parenting guilt in our nurturing parents group led by an ADHD & Asperger's specialist. Topics are voted on in this group. Common topics include helping kids manage routines, effective discipline/communication, "laziness", punctuality, organizational skills, homework completion, etc. Parents with kids of any age, including adults, welcome.
