Staying connected: Couples with young children

Having small children can be challenging. Many changes occur that can affect your marriage or partnership. This workshop focuses on helping couples reconnect or remain connected to each other as parents and intimate partners. This workshop will provide strategies on increasing communication, relaxation, mindfulness skills and increasing intimacy.
