Stage 1: Online Domestic Violence Recovery Group
If you have left an abusive intimate partner relationship, group therapy can be a beneficial and healing experience for you. Connecting with other women with lived experience with IPV can be healing and transformative in a way that one to one therapy is not able to provide. In addition to the peer support available, this group also provides robust psycho-educational materials to support your healing journey. If you would like more information, please contact me as the number of participants for each cohort is limited.

My Other Groups
Following your participation in Stage 1 of our groups, you will be able to access Stage 2 of our group therapy program. We have structured the second stage of group to cover the emotional healing side of leaving an abusive relationship. We discuss psycho-educational topics such as self-esteem, boundaries and healthy relationships. These topics are discussed with plenty of time for peer support and connection. If you feel that stage 2 is more in line with where you are, please reach out to discuss your suitability for this group.
