Social Skills Training
A 14-week social skills building program meeting for 1 hour weekly. There are 3 different group options based on age: ages 12-15, 16-19, 20-26, and 27+. The group teaches essential social skills including conversation skills, electronic communication, appropriate humor, making and keeping friends, organizing get-togethers, and handling interpersonal conflict, teasing, and rejection. Sessions include didactic instruction, role-playing, behavioral rehearsal, and homework assignments for real-world practice. The program begins with a parent session/individual session (depending on the age group) to better understand the individual and concludes with a parent/individual feedback session.

Beyond the Comfort Zone
This 8-week social skills group offers a supportive space for youth looking to better understand and manage social anxiety. Through weekly 1-hour sessions, youth will explore topics such as negative thinking patterns, communication skills, mindfulness, exposure strategies, and self-compassion. Each session includes interactive activities, practical tools, and take-home exercises. The group fosters trust and connection, offering youth the chance to build confidence by practicing what they learn in a safe, supportive environment.

Friendship Foundations
In this 5-session group, youth will build the confidence and skills to form healthy, supportive friendships. Each 1.5-hour session combines interactive activities, discussion, and skill-building to create a safe space for youth to explore how they connect and navigate common social challenges. Whether dealing with friendship drama, peer pressure, or just wanting to feel more at ease in social situations, participants will walk away with tools they can use in their everyday lives. Explore healthy vs. unhealthy friendships, reflect on boundaries, practice communication & active listening, understand and identify peer pressure and bullying and learn conflict resolution.
